A treatment session at CHH Wellbeing

The Practice

An hour that is actually an hour.

Five ways to be looked after, each in its own room, each booked one person at a time. Below you will find how long every session runs, what it costs, what happens while you are in there, and who it is not for.

Understand the session
Massage therapy room at CHH Wellbeing

Massage Therapy — $95 / 75 minutes

Pressure set by you, not by a protocol.

Seventy-five minutes of restorative bodywork. We start with a short conversation about where things hurt and how hard you actually want to be worked on — and then we listen to the answer.

Ten minutes talking before anything begins

Unscented oil by default; tell us if you want the lavender blend

You keep whatever you want to keep on

Time built in afterwards so you are not rushed off the table

Not the right session if: you have an acute injury, a recent surgery, or a diagnosed circulatory condition. Talk to your doctor first — and tell us either way, so we can adjust or say no.

The yoga practice room at CHH Wellbeing

Yoga Sessions — $35 / 50 minutes

Nobody here is checking whether you can touch your toes.

Fifty minutes, private or in a group small enough that the teacher knows your name by the second week. The practice is built around breath and range of motion — flexibility is a side effect, not the entrance requirement.

Private sessions, or groups capped small on purpose

Mats, blocks and blankets provided — bring nothing

Every posture offered with a version that is easier

Complete beginners genuinely welcome, including the sceptical ones

Worth telling us first if: you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a joint condition. We will adapt the session rather than hand you a list of things you cannot do.

The meditation corner at CHH Wellbeing

Meditation Guidance — $40 / 45 minutes

You are not bad at this. You were just doing it alone.

Forty-five guided minutes. Most people who say meditation does not work for them tried it from an app, in silence, with no one to tell them that a wandering mind is the practice rather than the failure.

Guided the whole way — you are never left in silence unsure

Sit on a cushion, a chair, or lie down; all three are fine

Breath-led, with no belief system attached

The lowest-cost way to see whether any of this suits you

A fair warning: stillness can bring difficult things to the surface. If you are working through grief or trauma, this pairs best with proper therapeutic support rather than replacing it.

The coaching room at CHH Wellbeing

Life Coaching — $140 / 60 minutes

You leave with a next step, not a mood.

Sixty minutes of structured conversation about something specific — a decision, a transition, a pattern you keep repeating. Bring the actual problem, not a tidied-up version of it.

One clear focus per session, agreed in the first ten minutes

More questions than advice — the useful answers are usually yours

You leave with something concrete written down

Single sessions are fine; no package required to begin

To be clear: coaching is not therapy and not clinical treatment. If what you are carrying needs a licensed mental health professional, we will say so in the first session and help you find one.

The private iTeraCare session room at CHH Wellbeing

iTeraCare Therapy — $120 / 60 minutes

A private hour, and every question answered first.

Sixty minutes in a private room, unhurried, with a practitioner who stays for the whole session. Most people arrive curious and a little unsure — which is exactly the right way to arrive.

Entirely private, one person per session

Fully clothed and comfortable throughout

Everything explained before it begins, not during

Stop at any point, for any reason, no explanation needed

Said plainly: this is a complementary wellbeing session, not a medical treatment, and we make no health claims for it. If you are managing a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or have an implanted medical device, speak to your doctor before booking.

Booking

Three steps, no account required.

Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Name the service, or just describe the problem and let us suggest one.

We confirm a time

You get two or three options that actually exist, not a calendar to guess at. Confirmation comes back the same day where we can.

You arrive

Come ten minutes early if you can. Payment is settled at the house — no deposit taken online, nothing charged before you have been seen.

Changing your mind

Move or cancel with 24 hours notice and there is no charge. Things happen — tell us and we will find another time.

I booked the cheapest thing on the list because I did not believe any of it would help. Forty-five minutes of being told that my mind wandering was normal did more than three years of telling myself to relax.

A client of the house

The other door

Take part of the hour home.

The oil used on the table, the tea poured afterwards, the blend that helps the sleeping hold — all of it is on the shelves in the apothecary.
