The CHH Wellbeing apothecary room in morning light

Est. as a house for slow living

Care you can book. Rituals you can take home.

CHH Wellbeing is one house with two doors. Through the first, a practice of therapists, teachers and guides. Through the second, an apothecary of botanical remedies and a collection of vintage pieces with a past worth keeping.

A letter from our founder

It started with a kitchen table and a very stubborn headache.

Not a business plan. A kitchen table, a row of jars, and a problem that no amount of pushing through would fix.

I spent a long time treating rest as something I would get to later — after the list was done, after the season ended, after everyone else was taken care of. My body eventually stopped negotiating and simply presented the bill.

What brought me back was not one dramatic thing. It was small, repeatable and almost boring: a tea I actually looked forward to, an hour a week on someone's table, ten minutes of breathing that I stopped skipping. The relief did not arrive in a rush. It accumulated.

CHH Wellbeing exists because that combination is hard to find in one place. Somewhere to be cared for by a person who is paying attention, and somewhere to find the small things that keep the work going after you go home. So we built both, in one house, and we kept it deliberately small — because the moment this becomes a volume business, it stops being the thing that helped me.

If you are at the beginning of this, start with whichever door is easier. There is no wrong order.

What we hold to

Four rules we do not bend.

Small batches, always

We blend in quantities we can finish quickly. It costs more and it sells out sometimes. It also means nothing sits in a warehouse losing the thing you bought it for.

One person at a time

Sessions are not stacked back to back. There is room before and after, so nobody is ushered out of a room they only just settled into.

Plain about what things do

We will tell you what a blend contains and what it is traditionally used for. We will not promise you a cure, and we will say so when something is outside our scope.

Nothing good gets thrown away

The vintage room is not decoration. A well-made object that has already lasted fifty years deserves another fifty rather than a landfill.

The full house

Every modality, and where to read about it.

Each service has its own page with what happens in the room, how long it takes, what it costs, and who it is not for.

Massage Therapy

75 minutes of restorative bodywork, with pressure set by you rather than by a protocol. For tension that has outstayed its welcome.

What a session involves
Yoga Sessions

50 minutes, private or in a small group. Built around breath and range of motion — not around touching your toes on the first day.

See how classes run
Meditation Guidance

45 guided minutes for people who have tried to meditate alone and quietly concluded they are bad at it. You are not.

Read the approach
Life Coaching

60 minutes of structured conversation for a decision you have been circling for months. You leave with a next step, not a mood.

How coaching works here
iTeraCare Therapy

A 60-minute guided session in a private room, kept simple and unhurried. Come with questions — we would rather answer them before you book.

The Apothecary

Teas, oils, tinctures, salves, candles, crystals and incense. Seven shelves, all of them small enough that we know what is on them.

From the shelves this week

The things people come back for.

I came in for one massage because my shoulder hurt. I left with a tea I now make every night without thinking about it. Six months later I am not sure which one of the two actually fixed the sleeping.

The vintage room

Objects that already survived their first fifty years.

Clocks, mirrors, ceramics, lighting, jewellery and textiles — found one at a time, listed one at a time. Every piece here is the only one of itself.

Beyond the transaction

The part of the house nobody is charged for.

There is a long table, a kettle that is almost always on, and no expectation that you buy anything to sit at it. Some of the best conversations we have had here started with someone waiting out the rain.

A quiet corner to work or read, no minimum spend

Start where it is easiest

Book the hour, or buy the jar.

If you are not sure which, send a message. We will tell you honestly which one we would pick for you — including when the answer is neither.
